They're doing what?!

Straight up noon and on you’re way through a busy courtyard to meet some friends for lunch. Walking amongst hundreds of others seemingly headed to their destinations, when suddenly many people around you just stop and sit, as if on cue. You wonder, what’s going on? What are they doing? Wow! Everyone looks to now be in a prayer or relaxed meditative state. Did I miss some important announcement or something?

Flashback to January 30, 2011…this was the scene outside the Texas State Capitol building in Austin, where 60 people gathered peacefully together for a one-hour flash mob meditation. In February, the number of participants grew to a photographer count of 250 people, plus hundreds from seven other cities hosting their own MedMobs. These organizers were inspired by a YouTube video of the Austin event and the idea of people coming together for a singular shared purpose.

The idea was born from the collective efforts of three Austin men passionate about uniting humanity in peace, love and harmony. Together, they launched the rapidly expanding movement known as MedMob, with local organizers now in 250+ cities worldwide and growing.

The three co-founders: Ben Heath, who set up the initial event on his Facebook page and sent out invitations to 10 friends, that took the same action thus allowing the event to grow into the initial 60 meditators. Joshua Adaire, who shared his inspiration to do an Ohm in the Capitol Dome, which they did immediately following the meditation. Just imagine that beautiful harmonic vibration. Patrick Kronfli, who felt deeply impassioned about spreading spiritual awareness amongst political circles, and while flying back home in November ’10 from an inspirational month long trip to India, he envisioned doing an impactful type event at the Texas State Capitol. Ben now remains active in promoting the Austin MedMob. Patrick has excitedly dedicated himself full time to the expansion and leadership role of MedMob worldwide and is assisted by Joshua along with other passionate team members. When The Shift Fits The Plan

It is a common expression here in 2011 to refer to an impending event and culminating point in Humanity’s future in terms of “when a colossal amount of excrement comes in direct contact with some ultra high velocity, rotary blades the size of a planet ”. Rather than merely standing by, bracing yourself before you receive your fair share of the odious splattering, here’s a suggestion. Change the context from one of the dread of being slimed with raw sewage fallout, to one of a thrilling opportunity that opens a portal to adventure, transcendence and a peaceful planet!

When the shift fits the plan, there will be a revealing of dedicated Humans who are awake and aware and able to transcend the predicted throwback reaction, who are even now, taking Humanity to the next level of our species. Many people know that the great Shift of the ages has to do with transitioning out of fear-based duality consciousness into love-based unity consciousness.

But what exactly is “The Plan”? The Plan is simple. The Plan is for you to experience your own personal, profound Shift - right now - by being the Shift right now.

Here are 7 self empowering steps to take you to a higher vantage point and vibration to experience your personal Shift NOW:

1. Get grounded to the Earth. You don’t want to be “blown away” by chaos, you want to creatively remain, not by being rigid, but by being flexible. Establish a one-on-one relationship with the Earth herself. Find your center. Come into your inheritance.

2. Be grateful for our coming future, whatever it is, by being grateful for what you have right now. After all, this is our supreme opportunity, after a long long sleep, to wake up to who we really are. Debut the future. Let joy be your pathway as you live simultaneously in past, present, future. Trust the Process!

3. Be comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. The Earth is pregnant with the next version of herself. In the latter stage of any pregnancy, it is natural for there to be feelings of uncertainty, clumsiness, cravings, various aches and pains and discomforts. Put your feet up and breathe. Stay enthusiastic. Stay calm. Come out of heavy emotions and concepts and into lighter feelings and experience.

4. Complete your karma. Learn new attitudes and ways of thinking and behaving that are outside of your own drama. If you feel you have already done this and it appears that your karma has returned (as in…. egads, not again???!! I already dealt with that!!), realize that you have a marvelous opportunity to graduate out of it….. by proving to yourself that your attitude has changed. Show up in your story differently. The context is that of a game you’re playing -- with yourself. The situation has no more power over you.

5. Return to innocence. Rather than straining to stop judging, and striving to forgive those who have hurt you directly or indirectly, realize that in Oneness, you are in some way complicit in every crime, wrong doing, or benevolence and sweetness that comprises and permeates Humanity. You have played a necessary role for all of it to occur. It’s all you. Take responsibility. Surrender to love.   End the victim/victimizer game. Accept and adore others by loving every inch and aspect of yourself.

6. Make a declaration to yourself that you are a progenitor of the New Earth and New Human lighter density DNA. Love absolutely everything about yourself. There is much Old Paradigm programming to dismantle with this one. We are in the very early stages of realizing that we are the New Human, so you may need to review #5 above.

7. Connect and gather with Humans who are also becoming lighter in the self tyranny department and less dense in their physicality. Play with and practice Oneness with these beings. Be a leader and open the door to freedom by modeling the Universal Laws of Allowance and Balance.

            Celebrate our individuality and diversity. Celebrate freedom.

Balancing - from the Law of One series

How does an individual go about balancing himself? What is the first step?

I am Ra. The steps are only one; that is, an understanding of the energy centers which make up the mind/body/spirit complex. This understanding may be briefly summarized as follows. The first balancing is of the Malkuth, or Earth, vibratory energy complex, called the red-ray complex. An understanding and acceptance of this energy is fundamental.

The next energy complex, which may be blocked is the emotional, or personal complex, also known as the orange-ray complex. This blockage will often demonstrate itself as personal eccentricities or distortions with regard to self-conscious understanding or acceptance of self.

The third blockage resembles most closely that which you have called ego. It is the yellow-ray or solar plexus center. Blockages in this center will often manifest as distortions toward power manipulation and other social behaviors concerning those close and those associated with the mind/body/spirit complex. Those with blockages in these first three energy centers, or nexi, will have continuing difficulties in ability to further their seeking of the Law of One.

The center of heart or green-ray is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, to infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion.

The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes.

The next center is the pineal or indigo-ray center. Those blocked in this center may experience a lessening of the influx of intelligent energy due to manifestations which appear as unworthiness. This is that of which you spoke. As you can see, this is but one of many distortions due to the several points of energy influx into the mind/body/spirit complex. The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity.

The remaining center of energy influx is simply the total expression of the entity’s vibratory complex of mind, body, and spirit. It is as it will be, “balanced” or “imbalanced” has no meaning at this energy level, for it gives and takes in its own balance. Whatever the distortion may be, it cannot be manipulated as can the others and, therefore, has no particular importance in viewing the balancing of an entity.

The path of our learning is graven in the present moment. There is no history, as we understand your concept. Picture, if you will, a circle of being. We know the alpha and omega as infinite intelligence. The circle never ceases. It is present. True healing is simply the radiance of the self, causing an environment in which a catalyst may occur which initiates the recognition of self, by self, of the self - healing properties of the self.

The best way of service to others is the constant attempt to seek to share the love of the Creator as it is known to the inner self. This involves self knowledge and the ability to open the self to the other-self without hesitation. This involves, shall we say, radiating that which is the essence or the heart of the mind/body/spirit complex.

Speaking to the intention of your question, the best way for each seeker in third density to be of service to others is unique to that mind/body/spirit complex. This means that the mind/body/spirit complex must then seek within itself the intelligence of its own discernment as to the way it may best serve other-selves. This will be different for each. There is no best. There is no generalization. Nothing is known.

The basis for having a strong sense of self-esteem is to replace our unconscious idea of basic unworthiness with a conscious knowing of our fundamental inherent goodness. By being in touch with our essential goodness, ‘we’ will keenly see it in others as well.

Drs. Milanovich and McCune in, The Light Shall Set You Free (1998), state there are 12 Universal Laws, and 21 sub-laws, that describe ways in which cause and effect are related. 1. The Law of Divine Oneness: Helps us to understand that we live in a world where everything is connected to everything else. Everything we do, say, think and believe affects others and the universe around us.

2. The Law of Vibration: States that everything in the Universe moves, vibrates, and travels in circular patterns. The same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires, and wills in the Etheric world. Each sound, thing, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.

3. The Law of Action: Must be applied in order for us to manifest things on earth. Therefore, we must engage in actions that support our thoughts, dreams, emotions and words.

4. The Law of Correspondence: States that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world – energy, Light, vibration, and motion – have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe. “As above, so below.”

5. The Law of Cause and Effect: States that nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws. Every action has a reaction or consequence and we “reap what we have sown.”

6. The Law of Compensation: This Universal Law is the Law of Cause and Effect applied to blessings and abundance that are provided for us. The visible effects of our deeds are given to us in gifts, money, inheritances, friendships, and blessings.

7. The Law of Attraction: Demonstrates how we create the things, events, and people that come into our lives. Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.

8. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy: States that all persons have within them the power to change the conditions in their lives. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change.

9. The Law of Relativity: States that each person will receive a series of problems (Tests of Initiation) for the purpose of strengthening the Light within. We must consider each of these tests to be a challenge and remain connected to our hearts when proceeding to solve the problems. This law also teaches us to compare our problems to others’ problems and put everything into its proper perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situation to be, there is always someone who is in a worse position. It is all relative.

10. The Law of Polarity: States that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.

11. The Law of Rhythm: States that everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God’s universe. Masters know how to rise above negative parts of a cycle by never getting too excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness.

12. The Law of Gender: States that everything has its masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) principles, and that these are the basis for all creation. The spiritual Initiate must balance the masculine and feminine energies within herself or himself to become a Master and a true co-creator with God / Source.

Sub-laws In addition to the 12 Universal Laws, Drs. Milanovich and McCune (1998) state there are 21 sub-laws of the Universe that are governed by the Higher Self. It does not proclaim itself with a loud voice, but in the subtle realms of loving

It salutes all those in the past who have blazoned the path, but have paid the price

It admits no hierarchy or structure, for no one is greater than another

Its members shall know each other by their deeds and being, and by their eyes and by no other outward sign, save the fraternal embrace

Each one will dedicate their life to the silent loving of their neighbour and environment, and the planet, will carry out their task, however exalted or humble

It recognizes the supremacy of the great idea, which may only be accomplished if the human race practices the supremacy of love

It has no reward to offer, either here or in the hereafter, save that of the ineffable joy of being and loving

Each shall seek to advance the cause of understanding, doing good by stealth and teaching only by example

They shall heal their neighbour, their community, our planet and living beings in whatever form they take

They shall know no fear and feel no shame and their witness shall prevail over all odds

It has no secret, no arcanum, no initiation, save that of true understanding of the power of love and that, if we want it to be so, the world will change, but only if we change

All who belong, belong; they belong to the Church of Love

Ye Are Gods // The You of you

I believe Jesus Christ, if he existed, had an experience of cosmic consciousness similar to what was experienced by Buddha, Ramana Maharshi, and many other people throughout history. Jesus apparently tried to communicate this experience to his followers as best he could, limited by the language and cultural concepts of his time and place.

It is possible that each of us is a function of what the whole cosmos is doing at a point called here and now. In effect, each of us IS the whole universe looking at itself through our eyes. The universe is conscious and self-aware, a.k.a. God, and this awareness and consciousness is within each of us. In other words, what happened to Jesus was NOT a unique experience that only happened to one man in all history and prehistory, but something that EACH of us can experience directly when we tune in to the consciousness that is the base of our existence.

I read the exact same Bible as the Christians do, yet I see Jesus teaching us the same message taught by Hinduism, Buddhism and Taoism. Consider the following verses along with the interpretation I offer as an alternative to the mainstream Christian interpretation.

John Chapter 10, verses 30-36 (KJV)
10:30 I and [my] Father are one.
10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

The King James Version of the Bible has “the” in italics before “Son of God” in verse 36. This is not for emphasis as some may think, but shows words interpolated by the translators. In this case, they were mistaken. The original Greek does NOT have an article before “Son of God,” which in Greek is equivalent to having an indefinite article. In the original Greek of this scripture, Jesus did NOT say he is the Son of God; he said I am a Son of God. He also quoted Psalm 82 that says “Ye are gods.”

John Chapter 14, verse 12 (KJV)
14:12 I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. HE WILL DO EVEN GREATER THINGS THAN THESE, because I am going to the Father.

Jesus says the ordinary humans he left behind (who, according to traditional Christian mythology, are NOT divine as he is) will do greater things than Jesus did. I put those words in all-caps to emphasize them.

John Chapter 17, verses 21-22 (KJV)
17:21 THAT THEY ALL MAY BE ONE; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; THAT THEY MAY BE ONE, EVEN AS WE ARE ONE:

Again I put some words in all-caps to emphasize them. It seems pretty clear to me that Jesus says we can be one with the Father just as he was. In other words, what happened to him is NOT something unique that could ONLY happen to him, but it can happen to each of us. Jesus even PRAYS that we can experience it too!

Now many Christians will protest that Jesus says quite plainly:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6, KJV)

I agree, but perhaps not the way that Christians would like me to agree. It is my opinion that this “I am,” this “me” that Jesus speaks of is the big Self of divine consciousness (not the little self of the ego) that is within EACH OF US and was consciously realized by Jesus.

Here is a plausible explanation of what happened: Jesus tried to explain his experience of cosmic consciousness as best he could, using the language and concepts available to him from the culture of his time and place. Awed by his miracles, the disciples of Jesus missed the point of what he was trying to share with them. They distorted the meaning of his message and worshiped the messenger instead. Christianity does not teach the religion OF Jesus, which was the realization of divine Sonship, but the religion ABOUT Jesus, a castrated version of the Gospel that puts Jesus on a pedestal and says that only He, and nobody else, is divine.

For further study, I recommend anything by the late author, philosopher and “spiritual entertainer” Alan Watts, but especially pertaining to this subject Myth and Religion 3: Jesus, His Religion that I paraphrase portions of on this page. Alan Watts does a great job of explaining eastern philosophies to western audiences, and he is also good at explaining what mainstream Christianity teaches, even if he doesn't necessarily agree with it. In at least one of his audio files, Alan Watts makes the point that if Jesus had been born in India he would NOT have been crucified. When Jesus told others that he and the Father were one, they would have said “Congratulations. You finally figured it out.”

In response to this article above that I shared with a friend, I was told that this author and every other intelligent so called enlightened thinker can believe what they want, but he wasn't dependent on them for the relationship he had with his Lord and Savior, and that he had made up his own mind after many years of questions and research. Nobody told him to think the way he did. He concluded with saying that we were both free thinkers, but that we just came to different conclusions, based on what we believe to be true.

He is absolutely correct except for one thing: It's not an opinion about the title: Ye Are Gods - it is direct from the bible - see the bible reference verses again. This prompted yet another thought. Was this verse possibly altered? Perhaps - since man has indeed altered many areas of the bible for an agenda. Many parts were left intact, but as every researcher knows, many books were left out of the bible - so yes, man influenced what was in and what was out if it. This is an acknowledged fact among bible scholars. Now think about it this way - what 4 professions have their own 'language' code that encourage the use of interpreters to assist the so called common man/woman -- law, accounting, medicine and religion. How convenient is that! Surely everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions. That is why we are here: To experience this duality dimension of earth school and to discover the You of you. ~ Steven

The You of you

There is a power within you that is greater than the world. If you let it, it will sustain you, expand you, and fill you with joy.

This power is closer than hands and feet; it is nearer and dearer to you than your own breath.

It is invisible, silent, and immeasurable.

All names for it are vague. All descriptions of it are inaccurate.

It transcends everything you can possibly know about it.

In the following lines, Ralph Waldo Emerson, the essayist and poet, who lived in the 1800's referred to it as instinct: "All our progress is an unfolding, like a vegetable bud. You have first an instinct, then an opinion, then a knowledge as the plant has root, bud, and fruit. Trust the instinct to the end, though you can render no reason."

Today, we would probably translate "instinct" to mean "intuition" or "awareness."

Our basic helplessness in trying to describe it is because it is not a thing, an object, either abstract or concrete, that can be classified. Instead, it is a transcendent, extraordinary experience that expresses itself in an ordinary way. It subtle nature escapes language.

The power within you that can be spoken of is not the power that exists; for like the wind, it cannot be caught; and like the ocean, it can never be grasped.

It is not the mind, but beyond the mind.

This awareness that is you, this sentient understanding, this all encompassing consciousness, it is magnificence itself.

And the sweetest thing about this understanding, is that it is the you of you, the immensity of you.

There is nothing more intimate, nothing more reassuring, and nothing more exhilarating than this inner presence.

Civilizations may come and go, you may trade one body after another, and yet this essence of you, this pure energetic consciousness, will only continue to expand in its awareness.

When confronted with the lie of the world, it is truth; when intimidated by misfortune and adversity, it is strength; and when impoverished by lack, it is abundance.

You are the quintessence of power and beauty and truth; for who you are is this power that never sleeps, this awareness that never ceases, this brilliance that never dims.

You are the light of the world, an emanation of pure energy, unrestricted consciousness wrapped in layers of skin and bones, illusions and misconceptions.

When you finally understand who you are, really are inside, there can be only one possible response: a spontaneous burst of happiness that has no limits.

You are the unbounded potentiality, and who you think you are is not even close to who you really are inside.

The purpose of life is simply this: to discover the You of you.
